Fresh Specialty Coffee Beans In Phoenix - Small Batch!

This is a micro-lot coffee from the La Bastilla Coffee Estates in JInotega, Nicaragua. In addition to being a Geisha (also Gesha) variety, a highly praised coffee for its cup quality, it has also undergone anaerobic fermentation with the addition of a special formulated yeast, resulting in a smooth, yet complex cup profile that we are excited to share with you!

Bag Size: 12 oz

Roast Type: Light

Origin: JInotega, Nicaragua

Process: Yeast Anaerobic Process

Flavor Notes: Blueberry, papaya, chocolate, smooth with a slight acidity in the finish.

Tips: This coffee shines the most as a cold brew, but would also make a good pour over. We recommend grinding it on a medium size. Letting the coffee age at least 14 days post roast will bring out the best flavors in the cup.

We love the dark roast Brazil. It is our favorite, but we have enjoyed some of your other coffee as well. The dark is our go to daily coffee. We use an aero and grind daily.

Refuel is a fan favorite! I am so happy to hear you enjoy it!

Purchase this for my wife each month, who is more of the dark roast lover in our home. When I do have a cup of this roast I drink it black without cream and enjoy it full rich flavor. It has a darker roast without being overly dark and bitter.

I am so happy to hear you enjoy it! We've selected this Brazil coffee for it's smooth qualities which especially shine through in the dark roast, delivering a less bitter sweet profile.
