Roast Type: Light

Origin: Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia & San Diego, Costa Rica.
Process: Washed process & natural anaerobic
Flavor notes: Peach, nectarine, lychee, bright, sweet.
Tips: This coffee shines as a pour over or fruity cold brew. We recommend grinding it a little finer, or until it tastes sweeter.
