Valentine's Blend (February Only!)
This year, we experimented around with some different coffees, and came up with a blend that we feel represents the valentine's candy and chocolates that you gift your loved ones every year.
For this blend, we used a 50/50 ratio of Costa Rica natural anaerobic and Nicaragua Geisha yeast natural anaerobic to deliver a sweet, fruit forward cup with a chocolate finish. I am very pleased with how this blend turned out, and can't wait for you to try it! This coffee shines as a pour over and drip coffee.

Flavor notes: Strawberry, cap'n crunch (crunch berries), lychee, chocolate.
Tips: This coffee shines as a pour over or drip coffee! Because of its bright quality, we wouldn't recommend for espresso. We recommend grinding it a little on the finer side, but ultimately adjust to taste, it should be nice and sweet, not tart.
