This is our first Holiday blend! We've blended 70% of our staple natural Brazil with 30% of our natural anaerobic Costa Rica, a delicious coffee we’ve used in blends before. Note: (We recently changed to this coffee, as we thought it complemented better than the former).

Roast Type: Light
Origin: Minas Gerais, Brazil & San Diego, Costa Rica.
Process: Natural process & natural anaerobic fermentation.
Flavor notes: Cocoa, nuts, berry, sweet and full bodied.
Tips: This coffee shines as a pour over or drip coffee, but would also make an excellent fruity espresso. We recommend grinding it a little on the finer side, But ultimately adjust to taste.
